These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the QuillDock website and QuillDock Wix app operated by Ordu Labs LLC.

By visiting the website, installing the app, or using QuillDock, you agree to these Terms.

The service

QuillDock is a Wix-focused publishing product for structured content workflows. QuillDock currently supports:

• one-way publish from Google Sheets or Airtable
• one active source entity to one active Wix CMS collection
• trusted preflight
• manual publish
• scheduling only after one successful manual publish on the current configuration
• automatic backups
• recovery from available backups
• reviewed stale cleanup outside the main publish flow

QuillDock does not promise support for features that are not described in its public documentation.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You may use QuillDock only if you are authorized to manage the relevant Wix site, source system, and content.

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy of the source data you connect
• the mappings and match-key choices you save
• reviewing trusted preflight results before publish
• all actions taken through your Wix site or user account

Billing

Billing, trials, upgrades, and plan management are handled through Wix-managed billing surfaces.

QuillDock plans differ by record cap. Public pricing and plan details are described on the QuillDock website and within Wix-managed billing surfaces.

If billing becomes inactive, QuillDock may place the service into read-only mode for new write actions while still allowing access to configuration review, run history, backup visibility, and restore from existing backups.

Third-party platforms

QuillDock depends on third-party platforms, including Wix, Google, and Airtable.

QuillDock is not responsible for downtime, API changes, account restrictions, or service issues caused by those third-party platforms. Some QuillDock behavior, including backup-history availability or platform-specific connector behavior, depends on the live capabilities those providers make available.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use QuillDock for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
• attempt to bypass plan limits, entitlement checks, or service safeguards
• interfere with the security, stability, or performance of QuillDock
• use QuillDock to process data that is prohibited by law or outside the product's documented supported surface

QuillDock may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if continued use creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Availability and changes

QuillDock may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. QuillDock may also update website copy, support documentation, and published product details as the service evolves.

Disclaimers

QuillDock is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuillDock disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuillDock and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to the use of QuillDock.

Because QuillDock is designed to support safer publishes rather than replace operational judgment, you remain responsible for reviewing mappings, preflight output, and run results before or after critical content changes.

Governing updates

QuillDock may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or service after updated Terms are published means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
