How QuillDock handles website, app, and source-system data.
This page explains how QuillDock handles information across the public website, the Wix app, and connected source systems.
Overview
Effective date: April 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ordu Labs LLC collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you:
- visit the QuillDock website
- install or use the QuillDock Wix app
- connect Google Sheets or Airtable as a source
- contact QuillDock for support
Ordu Labs LLC operates QuillDock. This Privacy Policy applies to the public QuillDock website, to QuillDock's Wix App Market and install surfaces when QuillDock receives analytics from them, and to the QuillDock app experience made available through Wix.
Some measurement tools described below may be enabled later rather than already being live on the effective date of this policy. QuillDock uses current-state and if-enabled language here so the policy stays truthful while still covering the approved launch measurement posture.
Information QuillDock collects
Website information
When you visit the QuillDock website, QuillDock may collect:
- standard web request information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and referring page
- landing-page and campaign information such as page URL, referrer, and campaign parameters
- page-view, CTA-click, and similar website interaction data if website analytics or advertising measurement tools are enabled
- information you intentionally provide through a support or contact path
App and account information
When you install or use QuillDock inside Wix, QuillDock may collect and store:
- Wix site and app-install identifiers
- billing and entitlement state from Wix
- configuration state such as the selected source, selected target collection, and saved mappings
- trusted preflight snapshots, run history, run diagnostics, and support-safe logs
- backup references and restore state needed to support recovery behavior
Source-system information
When you connect Google Sheets or Airtable, QuillDock processes the information needed to read the selected source entity and prepare or execute publishes. Depending on the workflow, this may include:
- spreadsheet, worksheet, base, table, or view identifiers
- source field names and inferred types
- source row or record values needed for preflight, publish, stale review, and run diagnostics
QuillDock is designed for structured content workflows. It is not intended for highly sensitive personal, medical, financial, or regulated data.
How QuillDock uses information
QuillDock uses collected information to:
- operate the website and public support surface
- authenticate connected sources and validate access
- power source selection, mapping, preflight, publish, stale review, backup, and restore flows
- enforce billing and entitlement state
- diagnose failures, improve reliability, and support customer requests
- understand website traffic, App Market discovery, onboarding, activation, and paid-acquisition performance if measurement tools are enabled
- protect the service against abuse, fraud, or unsafe usage
QuillDock does not sell personal information.
How information is shared
QuillDock may share information only as needed with service providers and platform partners that help operate the product, including:
- Wix, for installation, billing, entitlement, CMS interactions, and Wix-managed App Market analytics flows if enabled
- Google, when a customer connects Google Sheets or when Google-based analytics tools are enabled
- Airtable, when a customer connects Airtable
- Meta, if Meta advertising or retargeting measurement tools are enabled
- infrastructure, storage, support, analytics, logging, advertising, or error-monitoring providers used to operate or measure the service
Information may also be disclosed:
- when required by law
- to enforce the Terms of Service
- to protect QuillDock, customers, or the public from fraud, abuse, or security threats
Data retention
QuillDock keeps information only as long as it is reasonably needed to:
- operate the service
- preserve run and recovery history
- meet legal, billing, or security obligations
- support troubleshooting and customer support
Backup availability may also depend on the live Wix backup-history window that Wix makes available for the connected target.
Security
QuillDock uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so QuillDock cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may contact QuillDock at support@quilldock.app to:
- request access to the personal information QuillDock holds about you
- request correction of inaccurate information
- request deletion of information that QuillDock no longer needs to retain
- ask questions about how QuillDock handles your information
QuillDock may need to verify your identity and may keep information when required for legal, billing, security, or operational reasons.
Cookies and measurement technologies
QuillDock and its platform providers may use essential technical mechanisms such as server logs, security and session data, platform-required cookies, and consent-preference storage to deliver the website, app, authentication flow, and connected-service behavior.
The public QuillDock website may also use non-essential analytics or advertising measurement technologies if QuillDock enables them. These technologies may include cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, or server-side event delivery.
As of the effective date of this policy, not every measurement tool described below is necessarily active on the public website, and the website may still operate without some or all of that non-essential measurement until QuillDock enables it.
Website analytics and advertising measurement if enabled
If QuillDock enables website analytics or advertising measurement, QuillDock may use tools such as Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, or similar measurement services to understand:
- which pages or campaigns lead people to QuillDock
- which CTAs or install paths are used
- whether paid or retargeting campaigns are performing effectively
If enabled, these tools may receive information such as:
- page URLs, referrers, and campaign parameters
- browser, device, and approximate location information
- identifiers stored or read through cookies, pixels, or similar technologies
- conversion events such as CTA clicks, install-link visits, or trial-start and purchase-related events tied to website traffic
Before QuillDock enables non-essential analytics or advertising measurement on quilldock.app, QuillDock will update the live site experience and controls to reflect the active tools and, where required, obtain and honor user consent before those technologies run or receive website event data.
Wix App Market and product measurement if enabled
If QuillDock enables Google Analytics for its Wix App Market listing, Wix may send listing-page and install-button interaction data from Wix-managed surfaces to QuillDock's linked GA4 property.
QuillDock may also collect first-party or service-side product analytics to understand onboarding, activation, publish outcomes, entitlement state, and supportability. By design, QuillDock aims not to send raw source rows, raw Wix CMS item payloads, secrets, tokens, or unnecessary personal data into analytics or telemetry by default.
Choices and controls
When QuillDock offers website consent controls, you can use them to manage non-essential analytics or advertising technologies on the public site. You can also use your browser or device settings to control certain cookies and similar technologies.
Core access to the public QuillDock website does not depend on accepting non-essential analytics or advertising measurement.
International transfers
QuillDock and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where the customer is located. By using the service, you understand that data may be transferred to and processed in those jurisdictions.
Changes to this policy
QuillDock may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
